Math skill: Area of Parallelograms and Trapezoids (6.G.A.1)
How the beat teaches it: A parallelogram's area is base times height — the base is how many BLOCKS you use. A trapezoid has two different bases, so it doesn't split into blocks as cleanly; just build its total area anywhere in the kit.
