Math skill: Divide a Whole Number by a Unit Fraction (5.NF.B.7b)
How the beat teaches it: Every slot divides a whole number by a unit fraction — the whole number is how many BLOCKS you use, and the fraction's denominator is how many notes fit in each block (splitting every whole into that many equal pieces); build the total across exactly that many blocks.
