Built-ins that read a whole list
Python comes with helpers that look at a whole list at once: len() counts the items, sum() adds them, min() finds the smallest and max() the biggest.
Challenge A:fills = [1, 2, 3]. Play the snare on beat 4 with max(fills) hits.
