Changing a list
.pop() takes an item off the end (or at a position, like .pop(0)), .insert(position, item) adds one anywhere, and .remove(item) takes out the first match.
Challenge A:beats = [1, 3, 5, 7]. Take the last one off with beats.pop(), then play kick(beats).
